Come and learn at the Household Cavalry Museum
Workshops can be done in either a morning session (10:00-11:45hrs) which includes watching (some of) the Mounted Guard Change, or an after school session (15:00-16:30hrs).
Having seen these modern day Regimental duties, each visit enables you relate what the class has seen back to the historic period in which the workshop is based; that way you can continue the learning with some compare/contrast work back in the class room if you’d so like.
We’ll of course also give you the completed arts and crafts activity sheets or the Fast&Furious drama script to take home with you so you can follow up your visit to the Museum will classroom activities or a school assembly.
